What investors and operators ask us most often about car wash types, sites, chemicals, payments and service.

Container or modular: which should I choose?

The container puts all the technology in a reinforced stainless-steel container and is the choice for medium to high traffic (cities, main roads), with more room for maintenance and refilling chemicals. The modular wash puts the technology in a module between the bays, takes less land and is ideal for low to medium traffic or to add to a fuel station, supermarket or workshop.

How many bays do I need?

It depends on traffic and the plot: from 2 to 6 bays. Two bays are enough to start in a small town; on a busy road, 4 to 6 bays avoid queues at peak times. Use the selector and the calculator on this page and we fine-tune it in the site study.

How long does installation take?

The manufacturer quotes a start-up in around 30 days, counted from when the permit is in place and the plot is ready. Permits and water, power and drainage connections depend on the municipality and weigh most on the timeline.

Which chemicals does the car wash use?

Wash powder, active foam, liquid prewash and wax, in three lines (Gold, Silver, Bronze) and an eco version, plus Nano Color coloured foams for the premium programme. The installation is tuned for these chemicals, effective even at low doses; BestQuímica handles the regular supply.

Can customers pay by card?

Yes. As well as coins and tokens, Nayax terminals accept contactless, chip, Apple Pay and Google Pay, with loyalty cards and sales management in the app. Coin changers are also available.

Can I add equipment to a car wash I already have?

Yes. MyWash Technology equipment (TitanVac vacuums, MultiClean, AirVac, fragrance, tyre shine and screen-wash dispensers, AirPro compressor) is sold individually and works with any car wash. Each one is extra revenue per customer.

How do I monitor the car wash remotely?

The MyWash mobile app monitors the car wash parameters and sales 24 hours a day and lets you manage the installation from your phone.

What about technical service?

BestQuímica liaises with the manufacturer’s service under warranty and after warranty, and supplies parts and consumables (lances, nozzles, hoses, pumps, solenoid valves). Request service at /en/assistencia with the equipment and a description of the problem.

Are the calculator figures guaranteed?

No. The calculator gives an indicative estimate from the values you choose; it excludes site rent, permits, insurance, financing and taxes. Real figures depend on the location, the competition and your prices: we run the numbers with you in the site study.
